Col. Timothy J. Labarge is the new Commander of the 105th Airlift Wing at Stewart Air National Guard Base. The 105th is in the process of converting from 13 C-5A aircraft to nine C-17 Globemaster III aircraft. Col. LaBarge previously was Commander of the 109th Airlift Wing, the only ski-equipped C-130 aircraft in the Air Force inventory.
