This 4-hour training will be held at Orange County’s Emergency Management Center in Goshen, NY from 9AM to 1 PM.
The training will be presented by Kevin Sumner, District Manager from Orange County Soil and Water Conservation District and Patrick Ferracane who coordinates storm water programs for NYSDEC Region 3.
